1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ShikshaNetra, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws, school policies, and payment-related requirements.

2. Nature of service

ShikshaNetra provides school ERP software, websites, mobile applications, communication tools, fee management features, transport tools, academic workflows, and related operational services for educational institutions.

3. User responsibilities

Provide accurate information while using the platform.
Keep account credentials confidential and secure.
Use the platform only for lawful school-related purposes.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, misuse, or disruption of the service.
Ensure that fee payments, uploads, notices, and records submitted through the platform are valid and authorized.

4. School-managed accounts and data

Many accounts on the platform are school-managed. Schools remain responsible for the records they create, the permissions they grant, and the operational use of the platform within their institution.

5. Payments

Where online payments are enabled, payments may be processed through supported payment partners such as UPI or PhonePe. Successful payment authorization depends on the customer, bank, payment partner, and technical availability at the time of transaction.

ShikshaNetra does not guarantee uninterrupted payment network availability and is not responsible for delays caused by banks, UPI rails, telecom interruptions, device issues, or third-party gateway downtime.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds, reversals, and cancellation requests are handled according to the applicable school policy and our public cancellation/refund policy. Approved refunds, if any, are usually returned to the original payment source within the timelines of the payment partner or banking system.

7. Intellectual property

The ShikshaNetra brand, software, content, design elements, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied, resold, or misused without permission.

8. Service availability

We may update, suspend, maintain, or improve parts of the service from time to time. We aim for reliable access but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ShikshaNetra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from platform usage, payment failures outside our control, user mistakes, or inaccurate institution-provided data.
